We never want to forget our roots, but as we have grown over the years so has our capabilities of supplying the best printed and embroidered items you can find.

and the resulting product we guarantee to be exceptional.
We do the same with our state-of-the-art embroidery studio.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received from us, contact customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately. Someone from product control will contact you within one business day. We will work with you to satisfy any issues you may have. If you are not completely satisfied after product control has discussed options with you, you may return your items for a full refund (see exclusions). Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase so that you will tell others.
Our shipping rates are standard UPS shipping rates. We do not enhance the costs for shipping. The shipping charges will be included in your final purchase.
“Imprintedwear” and “A Stitch Above” do not share any personal information with any outside agencies. We do not keep a record of your credit card.

Our work is personalized to your liking. When you order with us, we are very specific in the details of what you want. We cannot produce a product without your final approval of the proof that is sent to you. Once approved by you, we produce your product. If we did not follow the directions according to your specifications, we will redo any item that is not in accordance. If we provided you with an item that did not meet your quality expectations (spots on shirt, wrong sizes, wrong colors) we will replace at our cost any item that we did wrong. If we followed your specifications and you approved a proof and the item was incorrect (wrong sizes, wrong color, misspelled words) we will work with you to accommodate your order. We have in the past reduced the price of an item when a customer makes a mistake and we produce an item. Our product control department will work with you in these situations.
